SIL is an integrated customer service system from the new customer application stage until the leaving stage. This system was developed for Indonesia Electric Company (PLN) to serve its customers in the best way. SIL was constructed on the first time at 1996, based on customer service manual TUL (Tata Usaha Langganan).

2005 - now : SIL implementation in PLN Kupang
2004 - now : SIL implementation in PLN Sumatera Barat/ West Sumatra include: Padang, Solok and Bukit Tinggi
2005 - 2006 : SIL implementation in PLN Sumatera Barat/ West Sumatra include all branch: Padang, Solok (change over DBF version with Oracle version), Bukit Tinggi
2005 - 2005 : SIL implementation in PLN NTT Kupang
2004 - 2005 : SIL implementation in PLN Kalimantan Timur/East Kalimantan (division of area VI) which is include :Balikpapan, Samarinda, Bontang and Berau
2004 - 2005 : SILT implementation Oracle version (called SIL) in PLN Kalselteng/South South East Kalimatan (division of area VI) in Banjarmasin branch
2000 - 2003 : SILT implementation DBF version in region IV PLN which is include : Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, Tarakan, Barabai, Kota Baru, Palangkaraya, and Kuala Kapuas
