IAO has been exclusively selected by MRO Software as Maximo partner on July 17th, 2006 (more). As a reseller of MRO Software, IAO has an exclusive right to deliver and implement Maximo, the leading Enterprise Asset Management System, especially for Oil & Gas Exploration and Production, and Power Transmission and Distribution vertical market in Indonesia.
However, on October 5th, 2006, IBM has completed acquisition of MRO Software, Inc (read more). MRO's operations will be integrated into IBM's Tivoli software business. Due to different structure and model of partnership organization between MRO and IBM, all MRO Software partners (such as IAO) need to reregister as IBM partner.
IAO has signed the contract with IBM PartnerWorld to be IBM Business Partner on February 13th, 2007. IAO now is one of IBM partner community member.
Being IBM partner, IAO has right to sell all IBM products, especially IBM-Maximo.
