Successful Implementation of SIL2004 on Bukit Tinggi and Lhokseumawe 2/20/2007
In the end of 2006, SIL2004 has been successfully implemented on PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukit Tinggi and PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Lhokseumawe. SIL2004 is a Customer Information System (CIS) based on Tata Usaha Langganan 1994 (TUL-94) that covers all services related to their subscribers.

PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukit Tinggi is the third branch (and the latest) of PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumatera Barat that successfully finishes in SIL2004 implementation after PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Padang and PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Solok at the end of 2005. PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukit Tinggi consists of 9 (nine) sub-branches with more than 280.000 subscribers.

PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Lhokseumawe is the first branch of PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Nangroe Aceh Darussalam that successfully implements and operates SIL2004. PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Lhokseumawe consist of 10 (ten) sub-branches with more than 220.000 subscribers. In 1997, Infoglobal in cooperation with ITS have been implementing CIS on PT. PLN (Persero) Cabang Banda Aceh using XBase technology. The system still operates until now.

By this successful implementation, today, SIL2004 has been well operated on many PLN Branches. They are :
